Overall, my general ranges had merit, but as stated this was a complex storm which I said would contain surprises to the up and downside due to location of deformation bands. LI: coating up to an inch or 2″ (isolated higher amounts) (MONTAUK 2″ STONY PT 2.5″)
CNJ: North of 195 to Rt 78, 2-4″ (LONG BRANCH 4″ WOODBRIDGE 3.1″)
CNJ: North of Rt 78 to Rt 80, 4-8″ (Basking Ridge, Motown, Bville, for those who are geographically challenged) (BASKING RIDGE 4″ WARRENVILLE 7″)
NNJ: North of Rt 80: 8-12″ (MADISON 12″ HIGHLAND LAKES 14.3″)
Lower/Upper Hudson Valley: 8-14″ (MONROE 10″ ALBANY CTY 25.7″)
MA: general 10-14″ with locally higher amounts (new snowfall today on top of yesterday’s totals) (LENOX 22.5″ PERU 28″)
Boston: 6-10″ (snowfall ending Tuesday morning) (LOGAN INTL 7.1″)
SCT: South of Rt 84 and 2 to coast, 1-4″; NCT: 4-10″ (NEW CANAAN 2″ WINSTED 13.6″)
SVT: 7-12″ (PERU 11.7″ WOODFORD 26″)
